Order Early!
To make sure your loved one gets to enjoy their flowers all day on May 11th (Mother’s Day), we recommend scheduling delivery for May 10th or picking up early on the morning of the 11th. Due to high demand, we’ll stop accepting orders once we reach capacity — so don’t wait!

Consider Picking Up
If you’re able, in-store pickup is the most reliable option, especially if you need flowers by a certain time. While we love delivering to you, we can’t guarantee specific delivery windows — and we totally understand if pickup works best for you!

Delivery Policy
To keep things moving smoothly during our busiest days (May 10–11), we won’t be calling ahead before deliveries. We do still require the recipient’s phone number — especially for apartments — in case we run into issues.

Delivery Hours
Deliveries will go out between 10-3pm. While we wish we could promise exact times, we’re a small team and can’t guarantee more specific windows. 

Double-Check Your Order
Before checking out, please make sure all details are correct — including the recipient’s name, address, phone number, and a signed card message. Don’t forget unit numbers and building codes if needed!

We’re not able to proofread individual orders, so accuracy is key. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, email us right away!
