Cancellation policy
Harp & Fin offers monthly subscriptions for Floral Bundles, Floral Arrangements or Gift Boxes for either 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. We are want this experience to be customized and personal. Our team can deliver your product once a month or custom (for example, 3 boxes in the same month under a 3 month subscription).
Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Shipping: Prices for Membership do not include any customs, duties, shipping rates, or taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. Please also note that higher shipping fees apply to areas outside of the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
Refund: No refunds will be issued for subscriptions. If there is a problem with the product upon delivery, please email us at hello@harpandfin.ca
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking on My Account and following the cancellation procedures under Subscriptions. If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.
In order to cancel your Membership, you can also do one of the following: (a) email us at hello@harpandfin.ca, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; OR (c) call us, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions given.
