If you need to pick up an order outside of our regular hours, please call the shop and we will do our best to accommodate when possible.

If you cannot find what you are looking for online, we encourage you to call the shop. Our team is always happy to help.
We offer local delivery Monday through Saturday.
Delivery windows
Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7 pm
Saturday between 10 am and 4 pm
We do not offer delivery on Sundays as the shop is closed. Delivery schedules may change during holidays. Please contact us if you need confirmation for a specific date.
All deliveries require a valid phone number for the recipient. We contact the recipient to arrange a delivery timeframe prior to delivery. During high volume holidays, delivery timing may be more limited.
Same day delivery
Orders for same day delivery within Kitchener Waterloo must be placed by 2 pm Monday to Friday and by 12 pm on Saturdays. Same day availability is limited and not guaranteed. Orders placed after these times will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
For delivery outside of Kitchener Waterloo, please contact the shop to confirm availability.
We accept returns for store credit within 10 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase is required. If the item was received as a gift, the purchaser’s name may be used in place of a receipt.
As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns are issued as electronic store credit. Shipping costs for returns are not covered.
If you are returning an item in store and the original purchase was made with cash, a cash refund may be issued at our discretion. Store credit remains our standard policy.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return. These include:
Fresh flowers and plants
Food items
Custom or special order items
Personalized products
Personal care and beauty products
Hazardous or flammable materials
Sale items
Gift cards
