Our delivery schedule is between 10am and 6:30pm on Monday-Friday, and 10am to 4:00pm on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday or Monday as we are closed. This may change for holidays - please refer to our store hours or contact us for specific times.
ALL deliveries require a phone number for the person receiving the item(s) as we call to arrange a delivery timeframe for all orders. (Holidays may be an exception with large quantity of orders)
For same-day local Kitchener-Waterloo deliveries, orders must be received before 2pm Monday to Friday and before 12noon on Saturdays. You can call to see if we can fit in your delivery for that day and we will try our best to accommodate as it depends on how many we have for that day. Orders received after that time will be delivered the next available day possible. For next-day deliveries for orders outside of Kitchener-Waterloo, please check with our shop for same day availability.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after purchasing your item to request a return for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or the name of the purchaser if you received it as a gift.
We strive to rectify any issues and to keep our valuable customers happy. As a small business, we cannot pay shipping for returns, and we will not offer refunds on credit cards, but we will happily issue you electronic store credit instead.
You can always contact us for any return questions at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are returning an item to the store in person, you may be eligible for a dollar amount refund if you paid cash, but store credit is our normal policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
