This monovarietal, award-winning olive oil is made from Koroneiki olives. These olives are grown on a private olive estate located off the sandy beaches of the Southern Peloponnese, outside of Sparta, Greece. The trees are surrounded by orange trees, giving the oil a unique flavour.
Aromas of green fruit, green grass and banana with mild bitterness and moderate peppery finish. This olive oil compliments any vinegar for a salad. It works beautifully in cooking roasted vegetables and white meat. Try on your next chicken or fish dish for some extra flavour!
