Shipping + Returns
Specific Requests
For specific colour requests please leave us a note when ordering and we will try to accommodate the request. All our floral pieces are custom and individually made by trained floral designers.
Floral & Box Deliveries
We deliver flowers and gift boxes locally for a flat rate of $10.
For same-day delivery, orders must be received before 10:00 am, Tuesday to Friday. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. We are closed Sundays.
Order Turn Around
For all major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas), we recommend that you place your orders at least three to five days in advance.
Returns
We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 10 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 10 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the products we carry, we are unable to accept returns of used products.
If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our stockists.

Subscriptions Terms
PLEASE READ THESE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS CAREFULLY AND BE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE YOU PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP WITH HARP & FIN.
Harp & Fin offers monthly subscriptions for Floral Bundles, Floral Arrangements or Gift Boxes for either 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. We are want this experience to be customized and personal. Our team can deliver your product once a month or custom (for example, 3 boxes in the same month under a 3 month subscription).
Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
Shipping: Prices for Membership do not include any customs, duties, shipping rates, or taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. Please also note that higher shipping fees apply to areas outside of the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
Refund: No refunds will be issued for subscriptions. If there is a problem with the product upon delivery, please email us at hello@harpandfin.ca
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by logging into your account, clicking on My Account and following the cancellation procedures under Subscriptions. If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.
In order to cancel your Membership, you can also do one of the following: (a) email us at hello@harpandfin.ca, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; OR (c) call us, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions given.
